    Industrial Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift
    Location: Devens, MA (On-site)
    Schedule: MondayFriday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Overtime as needed; initial training on mid-shift 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
    Employment Type: Full-time
    Experience Level: Mid-Level (5 - 8 years)

    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical production equipment to ensure maximum uptime, efficiency, and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production machinery and plant systems.
    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
    • Install, modify, and service electrical wiring, conduits, and control systems in an industrial setting.
    • Interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
    • Assist with fabrication, plumbing, welding, and other general maintenance tasks as required.
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire, and electrical safety codes, as well as company safety protocols.
    • Collaborate effectively with team members, management, and vendors to support smooth plant operations.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and required safety training.
    • Complete mandatory monthly online safety courses.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience, or a combination of technical school training and hands-on work experience.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including AC/DC motor control, PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
    • Proven ability to read schematics and perform detailed troubleshooting.
    • Familiarity with networked systems and industrial computer hardware/software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume production environment.
