Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience performing maintenance and repairs in a manufacturing or factory environment. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of industrial equipment and the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs to help keep production running smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone with a well-rounded maintenance background who is comfortable working with mechanical equipment, basic electrical systems, pneumatics, and welding.

Pay: Based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM
Overtime: Occasional overtime for projects and production support

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect and maintain conveyor systems and lift tables.
• Assist with troubleshooting compressors and pneumatic systems.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Complete basic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed.
• Identify equipment issues and assist with preventative maintenance.
• Support production by responding to equipment maintenance needs.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, or factory maintenance.
• Working knowledge of conveyor systems.
• Familiarity with compressors and pneumatic systems.
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Welding experience.
• Familiarity with lift tables and other manufacturing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
