Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures.
Troubleshoot motors, sensors, conveyors, drives, and automated production equipment.
Work with PLC-controlled machinery, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
Repair and replace mechanical components, bearings, gearboxes, motors, and other machine parts.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications:
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and automated machinery.
Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, and industrial electrical systems is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Technical degree or industrial maintenance certification preferred but not required.
