    Oxford Solutions is working with a manufacturing client seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a direct hire, onsite opportunity.

    This role is responsible for maintaining production equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, supporting preventative maintenance programs, and assisting with building maintenance needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on industrial maintenance experience with PLCs and injection molding equipment.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on production equipment
    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
    • Support maintenance needs for injection molding equipment and related manufacturing machinery
    • Troubleshoot and program PLCs to support equipment operation and minimize downtime
    • Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings and specifications
    • Work with live, low-voltage, and high-voltage electrical systems in accordance with OSHA and NFPA 70 standards
    • Assist with general building maintenance as needed
    • Document maintenance activity, repairs, and equipment issues

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including hands-on maintenance of production equipment
    • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming
    • Injection molding equipment experience required
    • Strong mechanical maintenance background
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications
    • Experience working with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
    • Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70 electrical safety standards
    • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment
