Industrial Maintenance Technician

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of electromechanical systems used in our food production processes. • Troubleshoot and repair 24V and 120V control voltage systems, including PLC diagnosis and troubleshooting as needed.

Pay Rate: $30.00-45.00+/hr BOE

Shift : 3RD (10pm-6am)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of electromechanical systems used in our food production processes. Your expertise will ensure that our production lines operate efficiently and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you’ll do:
• Perform regular and emergency maintenance on equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging machines, and automated systems
• Troubleshoot and repair 24V and 120V control voltage systems, including PLC diagnosis and troubleshooting as needed
• Conduct mechanical repairs on pneumatic and hydraulic systems; assist with fabrication as needed
• TIG welding to meet 3A sanitary standards for food-grade applications
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment, including upgrades and retrofits
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies
• Maintain detailed documentation of repairs, maintenance, and equipment performance
• Collaborate closely with other technicians, engineers, and production staff
• Other duties as assigned by manager
