We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician III to support a fast-paced bottling and packaging operation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, production efficiency, and continuous improvement within a growing manufacturing facility.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed bottling and packaging equipment
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery
  • Support filling, labeling, conveying, capping, and packaging systems
  • Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
  • Partner with Operations to maximize uptime and production performance
  • Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades
  • Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Experience maintaining manufacturing or packaging equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities in mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience with conveyors, motors, drives, pumps, pneumatics, and automation systems
  • Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical manuals
  • Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices
  • Ability to work independently while supporting production teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in food, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, consumer products, or packaging manufacturing
  • Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment
  • Experience with high-speed production lines
  • Technical degree, maintenance certification, or equivalent experience
