We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician III to support a fast-paced bottling and packaging operation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, production efficiency, and continuous improvement within a growing manufacturing facility.

What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed bottling and packaging equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery
- Support filling, labeling, conveying, capping, and packaging systems
- Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
- Partner with Operations to maximize uptime and production performance
- Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP requirements
What We're Looking For
- Experience maintaining manufacturing or packaging equipment
- Strong troubleshooting abilities in mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with conveyors, motors, drives, pumps, pneumatics, and automation systems
- Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical manuals
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices
- Ability to work independently while supporting production teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, consumer products, or packaging manufacturing
- Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment
- Experience with high-speed production lines
- Technical degree, maintenance certification, or equivalent experience
