Description

Pay Range: $30.00hr - $35.00hr

Job Overview:

As a Maintenance Technician, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of transforming maintenance operations. The candidate will work alongside a team of skilled professionals and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, predictive maintenance, and smart manufacturing. The successful candidate will be a key member of an industry-leading investment casting facility that is committed to precision, innovation, and excellence. As the organization expands its operations and modernizes its infrastructure, it is building a world-class maintenance organization that sets the standard for reliability, safety, and technological advancement.

Impact Requirements:

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment including furnaces, CNC machines, robotics, and automated systems.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) technologies to monitor equipment health and performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
  • Support the integration of smart sensors, condition monitoring systems, and data analytics to drive proactive decision-making.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and optimize asset performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and contribute to a culture of zero incidents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a foundry or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms and digital maintenance tools.
  • Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls is a plus.
  • Passion for innovation, learning, and contributing to a high-performance team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
