    Step onto the production floor where precision, safety, and uptime matter. As an experienced Maintenance Technician, you will keep critical processing and packaging equipment running, solve problems in real time, and collaborate closely with a tight-knit team—while being fully capable of working independently when the situation calls for it.

    What your day may look like

    • Diagnose and resolve issues with industrial electrical power and controls, working across 120/208/240/480-volt systems.
    • Service and maintain vacuum systems supporting processing operations.
    • Troubleshoot, repair, and sustain pneumatic and hydraulic systems to keep lines moving.
    • Maintain and rebuild mechanical assemblies and drive systems.
    • Keep meat processing equipment in optimal condition through repairs and adjustments.
    • Assist with the installation of new processing and packaging machinery under direct supervision.
    • Measure, cut, and drill to tight tolerances using hand tools and machine shop equipment.
    • Weld stainless and carbon steel components as needed.
    • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) specific to food manufacturing at all times.
    • Complete building repairs and facility upkeep when required.
    • Read and apply basic electrical schematics during troubleshooting.
    • Execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime.

    What you bring

    • Required: Manufacturing experience.
    • Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills and hands-on maintenance/repair experience.
    • Background in industrial electrical systems and controls.
    • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge, including component-level work.
    • Experience with mechanical system and component repair.
    • Sharp skills in equipment repair and ongoing maintenance.
    • Comfort working in refrigerated warehouse operations.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Preferred: Food manufacturing or refrigeration experience.
