We are a growing beverage manufacturing company seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of our production and packaging equipment. What You'll Do: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment. Set up and adjust equipment for various product sizes and production runs Assist with line changeovers and equipment optimization. Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance and reliability. Collaborate with production personnel to ensure efficient plant operations. Qualifications: Minimum 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with beverage, food, or packaging equipment is highly preferred. Knowledge of packaging equipment (fillers, seamers, conveyors, labelers, palletizers, etc.) is a plus. Experience performing changeovers and equipment adjustments for different product sizes and packaging formats. Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on minimizing downtime. Ability to work safely while following all GMP, food safety, and company policies. What We Offer:
