Description
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and plant utility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and rotating equipment to minimize downtime.
Inspect equipment, identify potential problems, and recommend solutions before failures occur.
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Technical degree, certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, or a related field.
0-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work overtime, participate in an on-call rotation, and obtain required equipment certifications as needed.
