    Industrial Maintenance Technician (CNC & Automation) - 3rd Shift

    What We Look For

    • Core Skills: Strong electrical and mechanical analytical problem-solving ability. We are seeking a technician who is strong on the electrical side, but we will review candidates who are more mechanical.
    • Experience: Repairing and troubleshooting CNC machines and mechanical presses in a production environment.
    • Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with AC/DC drives, servo motors, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial control systems.
    • Blueprints: Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints.
    • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to work the overnight shift and overtime is desired.
    • Note: Specialized production machinery experts only; facilities maintenance backgrounds will not be considered. Skilled mechanical-only candidates with heavy CNC experience may be considered.

    Available Shift

    • 3rd Shift: Overnight coverage (Must be willing to work overtime as needed).

    What You'll Do

    • Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, replace faulty components, and ensure machinery operates safely and correctly.
    • Install & Maintain: Set up and repair electrical systems and hardware according to electrical codes and engineering blueprints.
    • Prevent Breakdowns: Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance to maximize machinery uptime.
    • Document Work: Keep accurate logs of maintenance activities, part replacements, and completed repairs.
    • Collaborate: Partner with fellow technicians, engineers, and plant personnel to quickly resolve operational issues and optimize production processes.
