Industrial Maintenance Technician- Class A

Cenveo, a leading North American envelope manufacturer, is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician on 1st shift (flexibility required) for our Smyrna, GA facility.

Responsible for packaging finished envelopes, inspecting products for quality, and preparing orders for shipment. Works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following safety and production standards.

Pay & Schedule Hourly Rate: $28 -- $33/hr depending on experience Monday -- Friday; Saturdays required during peak production or as business needs dictate Shift assignments may vary based on operational needs and availability

What You'll Do Responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots electrical and mechanical issues, minimizes downtime, and supports production, quality, and safety goals.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of maintenance experience
• Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
• Blueprint and schematic reading ability
• Strong safety and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Flexible availability for overtime and shifts

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and reaching
• Lift up to 55 lbs; manual dexterity required
• Work around noise, inks, solvents, and glue
• Ability to work in hot or cold conditions and stay alert around moving equipment
• Able to keep pace with high speed production for a full shift
• Required to wear PPE and follow all safety procedures.
