    Industrial Maintenance Technician

This is an opportunity to work across a diverse facility environment while supporting mechanical, welding, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical maintenance needs.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities

    -Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems on production and facility equipment.
    -Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance, document work in the electronic maintenance management system, and identify potential equipment failures or unsafe conditions.
    -Perform welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, machine shop work, and repairs involving pumps, HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, heaters, forklifts, and other facility equipment.
    -Follow all food safety, cGMP, OSHA, and facility requirements while maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas.



    Required Skills & Experience

    -Trade school graduate with 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent hands-on maintenance background.
    -Strong mechanical troubleshooting, repair, metalworking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprints or schematics.
    -Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, perform basic shop math, and maintain attention to detail.
    -Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, willingness to learn maintenance management software, and knowledge of safe work practices including Lockout/Tagout, PPE, electrical safety, fall protection, and confined-space procedures.

    Preferred Skills & Experience

    -Welding experience/certification and experience operating forklifts and scissor lifts.
    -Previous food manufacturing experience, particularly with flavor, liquid, or powder blending equipment.
