    Drive safe, reliable operations by leading the maintenance and tool room teams and by stewarding our facilities, equipment, and grounds.

    What You’ll Tackle

    • Team Leadership: Oversee technicians performing equipment installs, repairs, and preventive maintenance across the plant.
    • Facility Inspections: Conduct routine inspections to verify the efficient use of space and the condition of building systems.
    • Preventive Maintenance: Build, implement, and sustain a robust PM program.
    • Regulatory Stewardship: Ensure correct hazardous waste disposal and serve as liaison to public utility, environmental, and energy agencies.
    • Project Control: Inspect construction and installation progress for strict conformance with specifications; create and coordinate program specs, RFPs, contracts, and related documentation.
    • Space & Services: Coordinate building space allocations, layout changes, and communication services to support operations.
    • Hands-On Help: Step in on facilities equipment repair and PM when needed.

    Leadership You’ll Provide

    • Direct reports in the Maintenance Department and Tool Room.
    • Interview, hire, and train new team members.
    • Plan work, assign tasks, and provide day-to-day direction.
    • Evaluate performance, reward excellence, and issue discipline as appropriate.
    • Address and resolve employee concerns promptly.
