Industrial Maintenance Millwright Technician
Location: Monticello, AR
Compensation: $25.00–$29.00 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Full-time
Your day starts on the production floor in Monticello, AR, tools checked and ready. You walk the line, listen for changes in machine tone, and scan for wear points. A conveyor is due for its preventive inspection, a pump shows a slight vibration, and a press needs a new bearing before the next run. You prioritize, troubleshoot, and return equipment to peak performance—keeping the plant moving safely and on schedule.
What you will do
- Conduct routine inspections and service on production machinery to ensure reliability.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly.
- Execute preventive maintenance plans to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Rebuild or swap out worn components, parts, and assemblies.
- Apply and uphold plant safety procedures and best practices at all times.
What you bring
- Demonstrated experience as a millwright or in industrial maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
- Hands-on background repairing industrial equipment and systems.
- Self-directed work style with the ability to troubleshoot independently.
- Working knowledge of industrial safety standards and practices.

- Equipment fault diagnosis and correction

- OSHA 10-hour certification (OSHA 10)
