What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial production equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime
- Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Accurately complete work orders and document activities in CMMS
- Fabricate and weld components as needed
- Partner with operations to drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime
What You Bring
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and heavy equipment
- Welding and fabrication capabilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to safety
Starting salary $28 - $30 per hour, commensurate with experience
