Schedule
2nd Shift: 2:00pm–10:00pm, Monday–Friday
A Day in the Life
At 2:00pm you clock in and review the production schedule. A press signaling a drive fault becomes your first stop. You diagnose the issue, source a replacement component, and have the line running again to minimize downtime. Mid-shift, you assist with the installation of new auxiliary equipment, then huddle with production to prioritize emergency repairs for the evening. Before handoff, you capture key updates via voicemail and email and connect face-to-face with the incoming team so nothing gets missed.
