Milwaukee manufacturing facility is looking to hire an
experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to be responsible for all
production equipment and building and grounds maintenance. <\/span>Strong background in preventative maintenance
and pumps is key.<\/span>
<\/p>
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE
TECH: <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Diagnose,
troubleshoot and assess equipment breakdowns to determine extent of necessary
repairs<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform
preventative maintenance on all production machinery<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Repair
to production machinery including pumps in order to keep lines continuously
operational<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible
for repair of buildings and building systems without interruption of production<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform
construction, repair, and grounds maintenance projects<\/span>
<\/p>

REQUIREMENTS OF THE INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECH: <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>High
School Diploma or GED<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>5+
years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Must
have experience repairing and troubleshooting pumps and industrial equipment<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability
to Weld (Mig, Tig and Stick)<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Read
blueprints<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong
basic math skills including algebra<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience
in building maintenance to include HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability
to operate within a team atmosphere and communicate with customers and vendors<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Able
to become forklift certified<\/span>
