As our Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll diagnose issues quickly, execute preventive maintenance with precision, and partner closely with operations to make every shift safer and more efficient. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and a chance to sharpen your craft with a tight-knit team.
Schedule & Pay
- 2-2-3 work pattern
- Hours: 5:45pm – 6:00am
- Hourly range: $30.14 – $45.22
A Night in the Role
- Make planned and on-demand repairs on production equipment, bottling lines, facility systems, and grounds to keep uptime high.
- Pinpoint and resolve mechanical and electrical problems; communicate findings and corrective actions to maintenance leadership.
- Champion continuous improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance while maintaining a clean, orderly workspace.
- Coordinate with production and cross-functional partners to reduce downtime and lift overall throughput.
What You Bring
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or related industrial maintenance in a high-velocity environment.
Preferred
- Technical school, apprenticeship, or associate degree in a relevant field.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting plant machinery—including electrical systems, PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred), industrial controls, or welding.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift or scissor lift.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Work around moving machinery; climb ladders and stairs; safely operate industrial equipment.
