Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our clients manufacturing team in Haverhill, MA. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Location: Haverhill, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM (1st Shift)

Compensation: $66,560-$83,200 annually

Occasional Saturdays: 4-5 hours for special projects throughout the year (over-time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
  • Install, dismantle, and replace machinery components as needed.
  • Lubricate equipment and monitor machine performance.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
  • Identify and report damaged or worn equipment parts.
  • Manage spare parts and maintenance supply inventory.
  • Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Assist with facility maintenance projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with industrial machinery, conveyor systems, motors, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and plumbing schematics.
  • Proficient with hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and maintenance equipment.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong organization
