Industrial Maintenance Mechanic — Foundry Operations
Location: Winona, MN
Compensation: $25.46/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM–6:00 AM

When the line slows at 10 PM, you come alive. You walk the floor of a long-established iron casting operation that produces parts from 50 to 4,000 pounds for roughly 80 customers across 400 unique part numbers. Your shift is the heartbeat that keeps production ready for morning start-up—inspecting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and jumping on urgent fixes so the plant stays on schedule.

What You’ll Tackle
- Plan and perform preventive maintenance to keep machinery reliable and ready.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimize downtime.
- Respond fast to equipment breakdowns and get systems back online.
- Pitch in on special projects—welding, pneumatic systems, and more.
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions every step of the way.
What You Bring
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude and a fixer’s mindset.
- Background in maintenance, auto repair, farming, or similar trades is helpful.
- Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Ability to work in both hot and cold environments.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Pay, Schedule, and Stability
- $25.46 per hour
- Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
