-Troubleshoot machines to ensure optimal efficiency of product output.
-Diagnoses and repairs gearboxes, bearings, pumps, and other mechanical systems.
-Replace worn or broken parts on equipment.
-Ensures equipment is capable of meeting expected production throughput rates and quality specifications.
-Completing production machine changeovers.
-Must possess a basic working knowledge of pneumatics, machine shop tools, and measuring equipment.
-Knowledge of PLC's, preferably Allen Bradley.
-Welding and Grinding experience is a plus.
