Day in the Life — Mercer, WI
Picture this: You start your shift with a quick safety huddle, then head out on a walk-through of the plant. A conveyor needs a belt alignment, a pneumatic actuator is due for a PM, and a new piece of automation is ready for install. By midday, you’ve logged work orders in the CMMS, knocked out a round of inspections, and teamed up with production to fine-tune a piece of equipment. Late afternoon, an unplanned fault pops up—no problem. You diagnose the issue quickly, get the line moving, and finish by tidying your workspace to 5S standards.
