A local manufacturing company is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager for their Saline location.

What you’ll be doing as an Industrial Maintenance Manager

• Lead and coordinate maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production and process equipment
• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Monitor equipment performance, downtime, recurring failures, preventive maintenance completion, and other relevant maintenance KPIs
• Analyze equipment issues and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Manage the maintenance budget and monitor costs for repairs, parts, supplies, contractors, and outside services
• Manage critical spare parts inventory and identify potential parts obsolescence or supply concerns
• Coordinate and oversee outside contractors, machine manufacturers, and technical service providers
• Participate in capital equipment planning, including equipment replacement, upgrades, installation, and commissioning
• On call for emergencies

What you’ll need to succeed as an Industrial Maintenance Manager

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with a focus on repairing CNC Machinery
• HS diploma or equivalent, Advanced degree or certification preferred

Additional information for the Industrial Maintenance Manager

• $80,000 Annually
• Monday-Friday, 7am – 4pm
