Industrial Maintenance Manager

A hands -on maintenance manager role leading the technicians and equipment at a new, state -of -the -art industrial laundry facility. You will run the preventive maintenance program, lead diagnostic troubleshooting, manage parts and vendors, and keep the plant running. This is a working leadership role, not a desk job.

What You'll Do:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including mechanics and porters<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Run the preventive maintenance program using manuals and PC -based tools<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Direct diagnostic troubleshooting on all plant equipment and monitor repair quality<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Manage spare -parts inventory and vendor purchasing to minimize plant downtime<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Maintain safety programs and control energy costs through performance monitoring<\/span><\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Supervisory or management experience leading teams of mechanics
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment: electrical, pneumatic, steam, water, and hydraulics
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • A hands -on approach, comfortable on the floor and training as needed<\/span><\/span>
