Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop production and maintenance personnel to achieve operational goals.
- Manage production scheduling, work orders, and preventative maintenance programmes.
- Ensure equipment uptime, reliability, and maintenance compliance.
- Serve as the lead project manager for capital improvement and maintenance-related projects.
- Coordinate contractors, construction activities, and plant improvement initiatives.
- Drive process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
- Maintain accurate maintenance, equipment, and project records.
- Collaborate with leadership to support business objectives and operational performance.

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience overseeing production and/or maintenance operations.
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning processes.
- Strong knowledge of plant maintenance, preventative maintenance programmes, and equipment reliability.
- Hands-on understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Project management experience involving facility, equipment, or capital improvement projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
