 Industrial Maintenance / Machine Tool Technician

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance / Machine Tool Technician to maintain and repair CNC machines, machine tools,

and industrial production equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and precision machine tools
• Diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment failures
• Troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays, VFDs, drives, and control circuits
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot bearings, gearboxes, belts, chains, and mechanical components
• Read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
• Assist with equipment installation, alignment, startup, and repair
• Identify recurring equipment issues and help reduce downtime

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance or machine-tool maintenance experience
• Experience with CNC or automated manufacturing equipment
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use meters and diagnostic equipment
• Experience reading electrical schematics
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment independently

Preferred Experience

• Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Mori Seiki/DMG Mori, or similar CNC equipment
• PLC troubleshooting
• Servo systems and drives
• VFDs
• Machine tool controls
• Precision manufacturing or aerospace environments
• Equipment installation or commissioning
