Industrial Maintenance Lead

Lead by example for a clean, organized shop and schedule/ organize periodic cleanup days. Basic electrical troubleshooting (motors, VFDs, sensors, control circuits).

THE ROLE

• Build and run a preventive maintenance program
  
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and get machines back up
• Manage the spare parts inventory
• Train operators on daily checks and basic upkeep
• Lead by example for a clean, organized shop and schedule/ organize periodic cleanup days.

REQUIRED

• 3+ years ofindustrial maintenance experience on CNC equipment
• Hands-on experience with high-pressure systems, hydraulics or waterjet pumps
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical troubleshooting (motors, VFDs, sensors, control circuits)
• Patient and willing to teach others
• Able to lift 50 lbs
  

SCHEDULE

We're flexible for the right person. First, second or third shift, full-time or part-time, and weekend options such as Friday and Saturday are all on the table. Tell us what works for you.
