Industrial Maintenance Engineer

PPS is hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Engineer for a growing manufacturing operation in Solon, OH.

We’re looking for a hands-on maintenance professional who can troubleshoot and repair both electrical and mechanical equipment. Strong experience with 480V three-phase electrical, motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, bearings, welding/fabrication, and basic PLC troubleshooting is highly desirable.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• 110V/240V/480V and three-phase experience
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Pumps, motors, bearings, gearboxes and power transmission
• MIG/Arc welding and fabrication
• Basic PLC troubleshooting
• Extrusion or plastics manufacturing experience is a plus
