What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems across production equipment, drives, and controls.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues that impact equipment performance.
- Program, adjust, and maintain PLCs to keep processes optimized and stable.
- Partner with operations and maintenance teammates to improve uptime, efficiency, and safety.
- Document maintenance and repair work with clear, accurate records.
- Model and follow safety procedures and applicable industry standards at all times.
- Share knowledge and support the development of junior team members and apprentices.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience as an electrician—ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Expert electrical troubleshooting with strong attention to detail.
- Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting ability to address equipment problems end to end.
- Experience programming and maintaining PLCs.
- Effectiveness working both independently and within a team environment.
- Clear communication and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Relevant electrical certifications or licenses are a plus.
