-Location: Fort Wayne, IN
-Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for troubleshooting, performing repairs on, and performing preventative maintenance of industrial machinery. This person will work with mechanical equipment and tools, replacing and adjusting broken/worn parts as needed.
Additionally, this role includes some electrical maintenance of machinery, like swapping motors out and working on drives occasionally.
Inspecting completed repairs, following safety guidelines and procedures, and communicating with other departments are all large components of this position as well.
-Requirements:
-3+ years experience in industrial maintenance role in manufacturing environment
-Strong electrical aptitude required
-Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and pneumatics
-Experience with chains, conveyors, gearboxes
-Good electrical understanding
-PM experience required
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
