What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll be the steady hand behind the controls. You’ll bring equipment online, dial in the setup, and keep processes on target from first article to final piece. When a machine needs attention, you’ll investigate, correct, and document. Above all, you’ll protect people and product by following safety standards and verifying quality at every step.

• Operate and monitor multiple types of industrial machinery for optimal output.
• Execute routine maintenance and tackle troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain an orderly, clean work area.
• Inspect completed parts to confirm compliance with specifications.
• Work closely with your team to meet production timelines and goals.
• Record production information and communicate issues to supervisors.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education a plus.
• Previous experience operating production machinery (CNC preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machine systems.
• Ability to read and understand manuals, specs, and drawings.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to contribute independently and within a team setting.
• Availability for flexible scheduling and overtime when required.
