Step into a role where your hands-on expertise turns drawings into dependable machines. As an Industrial Machinery Assembly Specialist, you’ll start your day reviewing mechanical blueprints, planning your build sequence, and gathering the components that bring industrial equipment to life.

A day in the shop

You’ll lay out subassemblies, fit and align parts, and install mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, gearboxes, motors, and conveyors. You’ll plumb pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, verify tolerances with precision measuring tools, and make on-the-spot adjustments as you test and troubleshoot. Hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment are your everyday companions, and safety is always the first step.

Starting pay: $25.00 - $35.00

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in machine building, mechanical assembly, or related industrial work
• Proficiency reading and working from mechanical blueprints and assembly drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting ability
• Comfort using precision measuring tools to confirm fit, alignment, and tolerances
• Basic personal hand tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Solid understanding of industrial and jobsite safety practices
• Reliability and the ability to work independently or within a team
