What you’ll do

• Set up, operate, and continuously monitor industrial manufacturing or printing equipment
• Fine-tune settings and perform light troubleshooting to maintain quality and uptime
• Inspect output to verify it meets precise specifications and standards
• Follow production schedules and documented work instructions
• Keep work areas orderly and uphold all safety practices
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation

What you bring

• Hands-on machine operation experience (required)
• Background in manufacturing and/or printing strongly preferred
• Ability to read and follow written procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Comfort working 10-hour or 12-hour shifts (AM or PM)
