TradeWorX is hiring Industrial Laborers for a manufacturing and metal fabrication opportunity. This is a hands-on, physical labor position ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, using tools, and staying active throughout the workday.

Pay & Shift
- $18.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience
- Overtime opportunities based on production needs
- Monday–Friday
- 1st Shift
Job Duties
- Perform general labor duties in a metal fabrication and manufacturing environment.
- Break apart metal parts using a mallet, then sort, count, and organize materials for production.
- Use basic hand and power tools to remove sharp edges, smooth surfaces, and prepare metal parts.
- Assist with installing hardware, sandblasting, cutting materials, and other production tasks as needed.
- Read basic blueprints, measure parts, and follow work instructions.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, physical labor throughout the shift.
- Basic experience using hand tools or power tools preferred.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, fabrication, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Must complete required background check and drug screening.
