Industrial Inside Service Coordinator

Seeking an Industrial Inside Service Coordinator to own the service process from first call through follow-up and keep customers, technicians and internal teams aligned.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for customer and internal service requests: capture needs, provide quotes or line up parts, and create dispatches.
• Schedule visits with the Service Manager, confirm technician and parts availability, and keep customers updated on changes or delays.
• Close out completed visits, confirm customer satisfaction, and set up return visits, expedited parts, and manufacturer repairs and RMAs through completion.
• Organize and label service parts with their dispatch paperwork.
• Work with billing and internal teams on service questions and invoice adjustments, and escalate quality or job site concerns to field service leadership.

Requirements

• Background in service coordination, customer support, or administrative/operations work.
• Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle many requests at once.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and Adobe, plus ERP and CRM systems; service management software a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
