Location/Hours: Folcroft, PA — Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Build the Commercial Engine with Us
American Wire Works and Ace Metal Works are family-owned manufacturers serving industrial customers across North America. We craft custom wire products, fabricated metal components, and material handling solutions for a wide range of industries. If you love being the bridge between customers and operations—and you’re energized by creating momentum and growth—this role is for you.
This is not a standard "order-taker" role. You’ll be the commercial hub, guiding the customer journey from quote through invoice while proactively growing revenue within existing and dormant accounts.
A Day in the Role
7:00 AM: You review overnight requests, confirm production priorities with Operations, and send timely order acknowledgements. You note which quotations need follow-up today.
Mid-morning: You connect with a purchasing manager on delivery status, coordinate shipping documentation, and update the ERP and CRM so everyone is aligned. Another customer needs a standard product quote—you prepare it and log the activity for disciplined follow-up.
Early afternoon: You re-engage a dormant account, introduce new capabilities, and book a plant visit for our President. You align with Purchasing on material availability and with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing on recent shipments.
Before 3:30 PM: You generate pipeline updates, track quotation activity, and make a round of proactive outreach to key accounts—nothing falls through the cracks.
