Industrial HVAC Technician

Join our team and play a key role in maintaining reliable facility operations through expert HVAC service, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.

We are seeking an experienced Industrial HVAC Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout our facility. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable operation of HVAC equipment, supporting preventative maintenance programs, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing technical expertise to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong industrial HVAC experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining compliance with company standards, OSHA requirements, GMPs, HACCP guidelines, and all applicable HVAC codes.

This position operates in an industrial manufacturing environment and requires adherence to strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role may require working around machinery, climbing ladders, operating lifts, and performing maintenance activities in varying conditions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt effectively in a continuously changing and demanding industrial environment.
• Experience balancing air and water treatment systems according to HVAC standards and protocols.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate effectively to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures, technical manuals, and company guidelines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certifications required to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Knowledge and experience with HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems.
• Basic understanding of 120/240VAC electrical systems, low-voltage DC systems, and control wiring.
• Ability to climb ladders, work from elevated heights, and perform physical tasks required in an industrial environment.
• Ability to meet Qualified Individual responsibilities related to Preventive Controls
