Industrial General Laborer

Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Industrial Production Laborer to join a local manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable with heavy lifting, physical labor, and working around industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Move and position heavy materials throughout the production area

• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50+ lbs

• Load and unload materials and components

• Assist production employees with daily manufacturing tasks

• Use basic hand tools and equipment

• Prepare materials for production

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and production instructions

• Perform other physical labor duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs

• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and performing physical work for an entire shift

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, concrete, landscaping, farming, mechanical work, or other physically demanding industries is preferred

This is NOT a warehouse position. This is a hands-on industrial manufacturing role involving heavy lifting, material movement, and production support.
