Industrial Flooring Estimator

A growing industrial flooring contractor is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to support a busy sales team across a wide range of specialized flooring projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning plans and specifications into accurate takeoffs, polished shop drawings, and competitive bids. Their core work includes resinous flooring, epoxy systems, polished concrete, and other industrial flooring solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare detailed material takeoffs using Measure Square or similar software• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents for complete scope coverage

• Develop and revise shop drawings and project layouts• Manage invitations to bid through bid submission

• Partner with sales and project management teams to clarify scope and requirements

• Review third-party takeoffs for accuracy

• Help improve estimating processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

What we're looking for:

• Industrial flooring, commercial flooring, or related construction estimating experience

• Experience with resinous flooring, epoxy, polished concrete, or similar systems is highly preferred

• Measure Square or similar estimating software experience• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications

• Strong organization, accuracy, and communication skills
