Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Complete all aspects of the installation
Follow up on any aspects outside of the normal scope of work with the proper departments to obtain customer satisfaction.
Complete status (service) reports, expense reports every week, and technical documentation as needed.
Maintain excellent customer relations and follow through on customer issues.
Maintain excellent coworker and manager relations.
Complete other required internal paperwork (Urgent Parts Requests, Parts Removal Requests, Purchase Requisitions, etc.)
Regular travel.
Provide feedback to the manager on any machine and customer issues that require further action.
Demonstrate a commitment to an Injury-Free Environment by complying with all aspects of the corporate environmental, health and safety program.

Ability to use hand tools, Volt/Ohm meter, and Oscilloscope.
