    You’ll be the go-to engineer guiding how our plant is planned, expanded, and kept running safely and efficiently. Morning reviews might have you walking the floor to validate an updated production cell layout; your afternoon could pivot to coordinating contractors on an infrastructure upgrade while tracking timelines and budgets with leadership.

    What you’ll take on

    • Keep plant layouts current and practical as operations evolve.
    • Design forward-looking layout enhancements that align with Manufacturing needs.
    • Lead facilities projects end-to-end, including:
      • Infrastructure system improvements
      • Building demolitions
      • Manufacturing cell relocations
      • Future expansion site planning
      • Installation/relocation of machines
    • Coordinate on-site contractors, clarifying scope, milestones, and expectations.
    • Schedule and oversee inspections and preventative maintenance for life-safety systems and other building equipment.
    • Oversee proper handling and disposal of chemicals and waste (hazardous and non-hazardous), and assist with EPA audits and internal records to ensure compliance.
    • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to protect schedules and budgets.
    • Use MS Office to present updates and track project progress.
    • Tackle additional technical, physical, and administrative tasks as needed.

    Tools, skills, and background

    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
    • Deep knowledge of building infrastructure systems: electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
    • Fluency in CAD/drafting tools such as AutoCAD; experience with Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Siemens NX is a plus.
    • Advanced ability to interpret building drawings and machine specifications.
    • Strong organization and time management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
    • U.S. citizenship is required
