    Description

Keep Our Plant Running — One System at a Time

Step into a fast-paced manufacturing environment where uptime matters. As an Industrial Facilities Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the hands-on problem solver who keeps the building, equipment, and facility systems operating safely and efficiently.

    A Day in the Life

You start with a walkthrough of the facility—listening for unusual sounds, checking critical HVAC and lighting systems, and reviewing scheduled preventive maintenance in the CMMS. A production lead flags a pneumatic issue on a machine; you diagnose it quickly, tracing it back to a minor air leak and correcting it on the spot. After lunch, you complete a scheduled inspection, replace worn components on a pump, and support an equipment installation for a facility improvement project. Before clocking out, you document all work orders accurately and ensure every task followed company safety procedures and applicable regulations.

    What You’ll Tackle

    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, machinery, and building systems
    • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing issues to restore operations quickly
    • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and thorough inspections
    • Maintain and diagnose HVAC, lighting, and other facility infrastructure systems
    • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls
    • Assist with new equipment installations and facility improvement initiatives
    • Maintain accurate records and close out detailed work orders in maintenance tracking systems
    • Follow all company safety procedures and applicable safety regulations

    What You Bring

    • 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or facilities environment
    • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
    • Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment and facility issues effectively
    • Comfort reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
    • Strong problem-solving mindset and diagnostic skills
    • Basic computer skills; experience with a CMMS or maintenance tracking system is a plus
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and thrive in a physically demanding setting

    Why You’ll Thrive Here

If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, solving mechanical puzzles, and keeping a manufacturing facility running smoothly, this role puts you at the center of the action.
