    A day in this role

    When a production line hesitates, you move—diagnosing, repairing, and restoring flow with safety front and center. As the Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician, you keep machinery and facility systems running at peak performance so the production team experiences minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

    What you'll tackle

    • Inspect, service, and repair a wide range of production equipment and facility systems, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC.
    • Find root causes of malfunctions and implement effective fixes to reduce unplanned downtime.
    • Execute preventive maintenance on schedule in line with established procedures and SOPs.
    • Record precise maintenance notes and close out work orders accurately.
    • Assist with installation, modification, upgrades, and commissioning of new equipment.
    • Respond promptly to emergency calls to restore safe operations.
    • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Partner with production and engineering to elevate reliability and efficiency.
    • Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe workspace.

    What you bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
    • Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician in industrial/manufacturing environments.
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
    • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
    • Sharp troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.

    Preferred extras

    • Certifications in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or related trades.
    • Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and industrial machinery.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

    Work environment & schedule

    • Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and chemicals.
    • Regular standing, bending, lifting, and occasional heavy physical work.
    • Strict adherence to safety protocols is required.
    • A-Shift, 12-hour schedule: 6 AM–6 PM.

    Responsible for food safety, food quality and site safety.
