What you’ll do
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on electromechanical production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
- Run inspections and tests to confirm safe, efficient operation.
- Partner with teammates to elevate reliability and performance across the line.
- Document all work: repairs, inspections, parts usage, and findings.
- Support installations and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area; follow all safety procedures.
- Participate in training to sharpen electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/cert preferred.
- Experience as an Electromechanical Technician or comparable industrial maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and apply technical drawings and schematics.
- PLC troubleshooting exposure is a plus.
- Welding preferred but not required.
- Comfortable and skilled with hand/power tools.
- Detail-oriented problem solver with clear communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation & schedule
- Hourly rate up to $40/hour depending on experience
