Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician (Electro-Mechanical)

Washington, MO | Up to $40/hour DOE | Weekly pay | Strong benefits plan

What you’ll do

  • Perform routine and corrective maintenance on electromechanical production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
  • Run inspections and tests to confirm safe, efficient operation.
  • Partner with teammates to elevate reliability and performance across the line.
  • Document all work: repairs, inspections, parts usage, and findings.
  • Support installations and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area; follow all safety procedures.
  • Participate in training to sharpen electromechanical troubleshooting skills.

What you bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/cert preferred.
  • Experience as an Electromechanical Technician or comparable industrial maintenance role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and apply technical drawings and schematics.
  • PLC troubleshooting exposure is a plus.
  • Welding preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable and skilled with hand/power tools.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with clear communication and teamwork skills.

  • Hourly rate up to $40/hour depending on experience
