Join Our Team as an Industrial Cleaning Technician
Blue Water Area
Pay Rate: $17.00
Shift: Primarily Sunday-Thursday Nights, with weekend work as needed
Are you dependable, hardworking, and looking for an opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking an Industrial Cleaning Technician to join a growing team in the Blue Water Area. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized industrial paint shop environment while supporting production operations.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and thrives in a team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with fellow cleaning technicians to complete assigned tasks efficiently and achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Perform industrial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, scraping, wiping surfaces, power washing, changing filters, and replacing grates
  • Follow established policies and procedures to ensure safe, high-quality service
  • Communicate progress and completed work with team leaders and supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area following 5S standards
  • Assist with additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Preferred (but not required)
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Experience performing industrial cleaning or maintenance tasks
  • Familiarity with 5S or workplace organization practices
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout an 8-hour shift or longer
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in an industrial paint shop environment
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to paint and solvent odors
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments
