The organization serves customers across multiple end markets and is recognized for its engineering expertise, manufacturing capabilities, and commitment to continuous improvement.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team.Support new product development from concept through production launch.Design and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and production methodologies.Oversee engineering documentation, process controls, work instructions, and engineering changes.Partner with production teams to resolve technical and manufacturing challenges.Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with Quality on PPAPs, process validation, corrective actions, and compliance activities.Manage engineering projects, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional resources.Support tooling development, die design, implementation, and performance improvements.Provide technical support for customer requirements, product applications, and manufacturing optimization efforts.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
