Job Description & Skill Requirements:

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct capacity analysis, workforce planning, and resource allocation to support production requirements and operational targets.
• Lead production readiness assessments for new and existing manufacturing programs, identifying capacity, process, staffing, and resource requirements.
• Design and optimize manufacturing layouts using AutoCAD and SolidWorks to improve workflow, productivity, safety, material flow, and space utilization.
• Lead and supervise a team of Industrial Engineers and IE Technicians, providing technical direction and supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations.
• Support the deployment, maintenance, and sustainment of workforce planning and Labor Management Systems (LMS), including Raptor, STATIS, ARCH, and other labor management tools.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2-5 years of experience leading engineers, technicians, or technical teams.
• Experience supporting CapEx analysis, labor savings calculations, and manufacturing business cases.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
