Job Title:Industrial Engineer
Location: Appleton, WI

Job Description:

Seeking an Industrial Engineer with strong shopfloor experience in manufacturing to drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct time studies, line balancing, video time studies, and VA/NVA analysis.
• Develop current and future-state Value Stream Maps (VSM) and identify bottlenecks.
• Analyze production capacity, productivity, and process inefficiencies.
• Recommend and implement Lean improvements, Kaizen initiatives, and corrective actions.
• Develop and update standard work instructions and video work instructions.
• Perform root cause analysis for quality issues, defects, and downtime.
• Support fixture design and process improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Mandatory hands-on shopfloor manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Time Study, Line Balancing, VSM, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience in automotive, heavy vehicle, commercial vehicle, or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
• Fixture design, Kaizen, and quality improvement experience is a plus.
