Description
What you'll do
Govern and maintain manufacturing master data (routings, work centers, standard times) in ERP and MES systems
Develop and optimize routing structures that reflect real shopfloor processes
Conduct time studies (e.g. REFA, MTM) and define standard times for costing, planning, and performance tracking
Build capacity and workforce models aligned with demand and production plans
Identify bottlenecks and support balanced, feasible production schedules
Support MES integration (MDC, PDC, APS) to enable data‑driven manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain
What you bring
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
7+ years experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering, ideally in an engineered‑to‑order environment
Strong understanding of ERP (SAP preferred), MES systems, and capacity planning
Knowledge of work measurement methodologies (REFA, MTM, or similar)
Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
